In my dream I was at work and my coworker was pregnant. She comes to me freaking out because she miscarried but she has the tiny little fetus in a glass cup wrapped in a paper towel. I can see that the small fetus is still alive and I say we need to go to the hospital. I run outside and get on a bus to take us to the hospital but the driver leaves before my coworker can get on the bus with me. I was told I need to speak with someone specific in the labor and delivery unit. I get to the hospital and go inside and no one will help me. The lady at the desk tells me there is no one available and I have to wait. I start to panic because I need to save this fetus. The fetus starts to stop breathing and some weird goo comes out of its mouth as it dies. I beg someone to help me as I sit on the floor. Eventually a nurse sits beside me to comfort me. Then I wake up

Pregnant Coworker: Your pregnant coworker could symbolize new beginnings or potential in your own life. The miscarriage in the dream may represent feelings of loss, disappointment, or the fear of not being able to nurture or protect something important.
Fetus in a Glass Cup: The image of the tiny fetus in a glass cup could signify vulnerability, fragility, or the need for careful handling. Seeing the fetus still being alive could reflect a sense of hope or the possibility of revival in a challenging situation.
Trying to Save the Fetus: Your urge to rush to the hospital and seek help for the fetus reflects your desire to protect and save what is valuable to you. It could indicate a sense of responsibility, empathy, or the need to take action in difficult circumstances.
Feeling Helpless at the Hospital: The hospital setting in the dream often represents a place of healing, support, and seeking help. Your struggles in the hospital to find someone to assist you could mirror feelings of frustration, helplessness, or obstacles in getting the support you need in real life.
Fetus Dying: The distressing image of the fetus struggling to breathe and eventually dying may symbolize feelings of powerlessness, failure, or the inability to control or prevent negative outcomes despite your efforts. It could also represent a fear of loss or an unresolved issue in your waking life.
Comfort from a Nurse: The presence of the nurse offering comfort at the end of the dream could indicate a need for reassurance, emotional support, or guidance during challenging times. It may suggest a longing for understanding, empathy, or a sense of connection with others in times of distress.
Overall, this dream appears to be emotionally intense and may reflect your concerns about protection, care, loss, and the challenges of seeking help or support when facing difficult situations.
